Privacy notice: website check and pilot requests
WorkM8 ("we") runs this website. This notice covers the request form on it, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
Your name, business name, email address and website address. We also record whether you are interested in the pilot, and your confirmation that you own or manage the website.
Why
- To run the free website check you asked for, and email you the report.
- If you ticked the pilot box, to tell you about the nightly-checks pilot.
We do not sell your details, use them for advertising, or add you to unrelated mailing lists.
What the website check looks at
Up to 15 public pages of the website you gave, visited like a normal visitor, following your site's robots.txt. No login, and nothing is submitted. The report is sent only to the email address on the request.
How long we keep it
Requests and reports are deleted after 6 months unless you become a client. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Who else receives it
Requests are stored on our own web server (hosted by Hostinger, outside the public part of the site) and are not shared with any form or marketing service. Our email provider delivers the report and our replies.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to their use, by emailing stine6595@gmail.com. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
